Coastal Periodontics strives to make the patient experience as hassle-free and relaxing as possible – and part of that is offering affordable dental implants and gum treatments.
We offer senior citizen discounts for our patients, and we accept Care Credit. Ask us about our many payment options when you schedule your first appointment.
Insurances Accepted
We accept PPO and DPO.
Contracted insurances include Aetna PPO, Ameritas, BCBS, Cigna, Delta Dental, Humana, Lincoln Financial, Metlife, Principal Financial, Sunlife Financial, United Concordia, United Concordia TRICARE and UnitedHealthcare.
Working with Insurance
We work hard to make your gum disease treatment, gum recession procedures and dental implants affordable. We’re happy to fill out and file your insurance forms at no charge.
We make every effort to accurately estimate your deductible amount and the portions covered by your insurance provider. Please understand that this is only an estimate – it may be necessary for us to bill you for additional amounts not covered by your insurance, and you will be responsible for any portions not covered by your plan. However, we will do everything possible to maximize your insurance benefits.
